The story of Ovi Watch started a year ago with successful completion in the Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign. Now, as the year has passed, Ovi Watch team has its own small factory where they make watches by their own hands, day by day.

After traveling and introducing their wooden watches to the international public, Ovi Watch team got feedback that the overall design of watches made for women’s segment is too massive.

Realizing the problem, last year the team started to develop a collection for women, called ‘’Nature’’. After doing tests for around half of the year, the Ovi Watch team created 5 new designs, where one of the models is the smallest wooden watch in the world, which is approximately 30 mm dimension.

All of the watches are handmade in Latvia. Watches are made of teak, cherry and nut trees, which are combined with Swiss-made movements, sapphire glass, and handmade pure leather strap.

OVI Watch concept includes manufacturing high quality, handmade hardwood watches from materials which are friendly to the environment. Part of the incomes made from every watch sold, the company will use to fight deforestation by planting new trees.
